Seasonal Dock & Permitting

Recently completed Recreational Area and Seasonal Dock Project adjacent to and within a pond in Brewster. J. M. O’REILLY & ASSOCIATES, INC. was engaged by the property owner to develop design plans, permitting guidance and construction oversite for the successful completion of the project. Services included Site Plan preparation, wetland delineation, Notice of Intent preparation, representation before the Brewster Conservation Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.

Effective planning and design allowed for the property owner to achieve an open recreation area and water access to the Pond, while preserving the vital vegetated wetland community and habitat.
